AAS cataloging services include:

• Copy cataloging from major bibliographic databases, e.g., OCLC WorldCat and more. Libraries have the option of submitting photocopies of the title pages and versos, shelf list or catalog cards, publisher invoices or even the items themselves.
• Original MARC21 and AACR2R/ISBD cataloging from materials provided (books, serials, A-V materials, maps, manuscripts, electronic resources, etc.). 
Creation of original records is performed by upgrading to AACR2 rules and ISBD description, in addition to using Dewey or Library of Congress classification and Library of Congress or National Library of Canada Subject Headings; plus the most frequently used authority lists in the Arab world (i.e. Khazandar list, Chaabane Khalifa List, Expanded Thesaurus, etc.). 
• Data Conversion using almost any type of source document, AAS will convert your Bibliographic data according to your specifications. AAS provides full conversion of your holdings including all type of materials and all foreign language materials (Eng, Fre, Ita, Spa, tec.).
• Shelf-ready & processing services, AAS provides a full shelf-ready service, whereby we catalogue and process all kinds of materials to libraries specific requirements. A full range of processing services is available including; barcodes, spine labels, etc.
• Bibliographic/Authority database Quality control performed by highly trained librarians using the latest revision of AACR2/ISBD and MARC21 as the standards for cataloging. The final result is a standard database fully compliant with international standards. AAS guarantees that the bibliographic records it produces are compatible with all MARC21-based software systems.
